Residency Options

🌌 ALL-INCLUSIVE	☁️ SOVEREIGN
Rates:
• Weekly: €450 first week, €350 each subsequent week
• Monthly: €1400/month	Rates:
• Weekly: €150/week
• Monthly: €500/month
Includes:
• Private bedroom accommodation
• Utilities
• Shared plant-based organic produce & groceries
• Two fresh meals cooked 5 days/week (lunch+dinner, Monday-Friday)
• Weekly cleaning
• Transportation (2 excursions/week, airport/port transfers, coordinated shopping trips)
• Full access to workshops & mentor network	Includes:

Optional meals for an extra fee (20EUR/day)

You are renting your own car (will need one to get around Aetheria) | | A minimum stay of one week is required. | A minimum stay of one week is required. |

We recommend 2-4 weeks (or longer) to fully experience and contribute to the Aetheria ecosystem.

Discounts & Special Arrangements

Local & Aligned Missions: Greek locals, room-sharing couples/friends, and those whose work strongly aligns with Aetheria or Black Sky Society may qualify for reduced rates through work exchange. Please note your interest in the "Feedback" section of your application.
Conduits: Those offering an article & talk/workshop for the community receive one week (or more) of All-inclusive stay at no cost.

To be considered for discounts or special arrangements, ensure you are filling out the Aetheria Residency Application, as opposed to the Aetheria Tourist Application)

Payment & Booking

For stays under 2 months: Full payment required within 7 days of acceptance to secure your reservation
For stays of 2+ months: First month's payment only required within 7 days of acceptance
€500 security deposit required for stays of one month or longer (refundable upon departure)
Monthly payments for extended stays due on the 1st of each month
We accept cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or cash

These rates are valid through the end of 2025 for applications submitted in May-June 2025.
