A minimum stay of one week is required, but at least 2-4 weeks (or longer) is recommended to get the most out of Aetheria.
Rates cover rent, utilities, shared vegan groceries and meals at the house, weekly cleaning, shared car, petrol, pickup & dropoff from the air/port, and local operational support.
For Greek natives and those whose mission strongly aligns with Aetheria or Black Sky Society who are interested in a work exchange role, we welcome conversations about alternative financial arrangements with reduced costs. Please address this in the "Feedback" section of your application if relevant.

These are Aetheria's rates through the end of 2025 for people who register in March-April 2025. We may adjust rates in May 2025, after assessing our actual costs from running the program for the first two months.
To secure your spot, payment is required within 7 days of acceptance. For stays of 1 month or less, the full payment is expected. For stays of 2 months or more, your first month's payment and a $1000 security deposit are due initially, followed by monthly payments on the 1st of each month.
